This farmhouse was build in 1950 and was operating as a vinery and wine production.
The grapes were coming from it’s own land which were growing in the nutrient rich soil.
In 2015 the rebuilding of the farmhouse started and to remain it’s original charme but keeping in mind of modern standards of energy efficiency.
That means that the warm water is heated up by solar panels and just in case when they can’t produce enough hot water the photovoltaic solar panels are helping here to lower energy consumption costs even on the shortest days at wintertime between 50 to 150 euro per month by full occupation of the apartments and the private living area.
