Hi Carl & Peter from beautiful sunny and today windfree Cape Town. I have been an agent in real estate in Cape Town for 17 years (sales and rentals) could my services be if any use once I move to Portugal on an hoc basis with a company as such .The area looking at to settle and purchase a property most probably Coimbra or Leira districts .2nd question how difficult and expensive to obtain qualified contractors to renovate a property I hear to many horror stories. In SA we have many qualified contractors and I have always renovated my properties making use of their services warm regards😊
