They are indeed expats who live not only in Qatar but from the middle east that you see in those videos, South India has a strong connection with football even though cricket is the most popular sport in the country. We grew up watching the Bundesliga, Prem and Laliga since the footballing league in India wasn't that popular. When the star players in their respective leagues represent their countries in the wc, it was automatic for us to support and cheer for national teams our favourite players played in (just like Italian fans cheering for Maradona in Naples when they were playing against Italy) . The part about how you don't see that many women expats in your selected videos are because they just don't seem to enjoy football as much as the men from South India (yes it is as simple as that).

So in conclusion the shit aint fake like how your title suggests, chuck me a message if you want to understand the connection between football and South India and the Middle East more.
