We are Grace, Victoria, Veyron and Marco, a Singapore and Portuguese couple and two kids currently living in Portugal. We have lived together in Singapore for the past 16 years.
After deciding we wanted to live a less stressful life at the same time to provide our kids with more nature spaces and as Singapore has become too expensive, we decided to move to Portugal. We recently bought a 13.000 m2 farm and started to renovate it!

It’s much better building new than renovating old houses. I have done both 4 new builds and 3 major renovations. New is much better. Your new house will have great insulation you can make the room sizes to suit your needs. And you will understand the building completely. You will know where the water pipes are and where the electricity cables are. Good luck
