This farm seems to have more to offer than some I've seen in videos. The rural road access isn't impressive, but there is electricity. The part of the stone building that is presumably licensed for habitation is large enough for a good-sized house, though renovating it properly would be expensive. With the old wells and the bored well, there should be ample water for the house and for agriculture. There's a variety of trees in the orchard as well as space for a garden. This might be a good prospect as a "hobby farm" for vacationers or retirees.
