Way, way overpriced for just two bedrooms and not enough land to make serious money from agriculture. Plus there's a neighbour's house stuck right next to it, so less privacy. Rare though, to see a house in Portugal in such a great condition.

Lovely property! ( When I look at a property, I look to see if it has gutters under the roof, and whether it has damp, black mould and whether there are any cracks in the walls or on the ceilings, I would like to know if the house is damp proofed or if it needs some work in that area). Lovely drone shots though!
But if a house is registered as rural, doesn't that mean that it has not automatically a habitation license?
