Overall, I give it a score of 8 out of 10. The driveway should have been designed wider as you approach the house to accommodate the double stacking of vehicles. I am not a fan of carports. For a little extra, you can have a real garage to secure valuable equipment. The design of the kitchen cabinetry could be better.

Nice place looks like a western home but for $900 you could have a swimming pool and other amenities that a westerner that’s going to spend that type of money would prefer. I think 900 a month is ambitious I could see this going for closer to 700 because of the lack of amenities.

Now, this one us nice. Worth the 50k
