How do you plan on sealing up the rooms from the open tile roof, otherwise it will be near impossible to keep heat in the rooms during winters.

I hope you are ready to learn fast!! You will need a strong back, ride on mower, strimmers/whipper snippets, chainsaw, knowledge of how to make wine and how to speak Portuguese! Joseph Marsh lives near Fundao and seems to be a kind, honest person with a lot of knowledge and connections with tradespeople.
