I'm moving from Manhattan..florida as a whole is still CHEAPER!!!!! plus no state and no city tax!
I say as many people move out of Florida until Florida knocks it off and lower prices to get people to move back.

Great video! I’ve been a resident of FL for over 20 years and have seen the explosion in expansion. I can’t say I’m a fan of it as they are using every last bit of dirt to build upon. My adult kids struggle with the rapid increase in rent. Over $1,000 increase from year to year. But this is the cost of being in a state where the political climate resonates with many Americans who are fed up with lockdowns and the high cost of states like CA and NY. Your info is very responsible especially with prices going up everyday and a great starting point for further research. Is Florida perfect, no but it is a great place to live overall if you can afford it.
It seems to me that there are forces out there trying to make Florida unattractive…

Florida is suck on so many level. Traffic, Rude people with zero sense of decency, starvation wages, or crap pay, high cost rent, food, and more.

Garbage produce I forgot what produce taste like The cost is much higher than she is explaining. Everything is shipped from thousands of miles away and destroyed all the orange fields they really don't have oranges anymore. Very few places they are like museums.

The West Coast is beautiful Of course we're speaking of Florida I live on the East Coast it is beautiful also but you seem to shy away I grew up here and it was a great place to live I live in a port Saint Lucie area and go North

San Diego is high, too. The median prive of a home is $1m. I purchased a place in Orlando a couple of years ago and am considering moving there. Just not sure I can take the heat. ☀️🌡🔥
