  1. I think Paula has a great point about people moving there from other countries and buy a large plot of land. They tie themselves to the land and never get to explore all that Portugal has to offer. It is very nice that this property is mostly on one level and the land is flat. Us old folk have to think about that.

Nick is this the area where the Roman ruins are that you and Sarah toured? I was fascinated by that tour and it is one of the top destinations for me to visit.

  2. Of coarse the well is full, no one is on the property using water. Having land is Like having children, you must devote yourselves to it for life! You add to that wall, your neighbors going to be really mad, all His windows will loose their light and view. You will have an enemy for life.

  3. Great explanation from Paula regarding the land size. People think that bigger is better and then they lose the quality of life that our Country has to offer and become refugees of a forgotten land.. One way or another all the "Nicks" are welcome to Portugal!

  4. Linda propriedade mesmo à antiga com tanto espaço! Uma vez mais adoro a maneira como a Paula apresenta as propriedades 💕
I watch these videos just because of Paula, love how Portuguese people speak English so well and the accent makes it sound even better 😉

  5. Interesting property with a lemon tree but no orange tree for Sarah — but plenty of room to plant one or two or three. I would be studying up on persimmon recipes lolol My heart goes out to Ginny. As a widow, I know loosing your husband hits you like a ton of bricks but remembering the good times and smiling — helps.

  6. Thanks for sharing has potential for family wanting to live in town. I think yard could be made into a pretty garden area add some flowering shrubs & perennials few more trees, nice to see more properties looking forward to seeing more.
