The ugly orange and blue building next door is a shame
The arched balcony is the selling point for this house. Your initial drone flight showed how beautiful it is. As pretty as this little village is, it is perched on top of the mountain. It makes for great views but very difficult for a person terrified of heights. I had to close my eyes as you were driving up to it. 😂😂😂

It’s a beautiful place. Yes it’s tight access, but that’s village life. I’d love somewhere like this, plenty of work and plenty of potential. As for the asking price (which is in the link in the description), for anybody who thinks the price too high, I’ve been trying to get back to Portugal for over twenty years now and the prices ain’t going down! So now is always the best time to buy because next year the price will be higher still. These property videos are fascinating. Keep em coming! 😀🇵🇹

Just finished watching your video at first I thought not attractive then you showed the view from the garden & those arches on the house were magnificent, also the house being updated with new bath etc makes it very move in ready. Too bad there isn't an access shared or not, on the back half of property where the big tree is near the neighbors olive trees are. That would help with selling point.
