Hello EBM. I'm in the last year of high school and during the application of dv 2023 in october, I chose "High school, no degree" in the question "Highest education level, as of today?". If by any chance I win the lottery I will have a high school degree in june. So I will be able to provide HS degree on ds-260 form. Should I proceed if I win? Should I rely on getting a visa?

EBM, I listened to your advice during DV 2022 and put plan B in place, and went to pursue my Master's degree. My plan B is still valid just waiting for DV 2023 and going in for my second master's degree. If plan A did not work definitely plan B will work. Thank you, EBM
