  1. <Always good to hear your thoughtful and logical analysis. I don't care about bullish or bearish market. Trade a small percentage of your portfolio rather than going in and out every couple weeks trying to time the market 👌 trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 9.4 BTC when I started at 1.8 BTC in just few weeks implementing Nathan Zachary’s daily trading signals and tips..

  2. I was unemployed as a Professional Engineer for 3.5 years during the previous engineered crash. I was contacted by more than 10 recruiters that offered me what sounded like good pay per hour, but without benefits as contract work. Having done contract work for years I knew how much my labor was worth. For example I was offered about $30-40/hr, but without benefits or W2 pay that was tremendously underpaid even in small cities. When I told the recruiters how much I wanted they never called back. They also wanted me to pay to move across the country for 40-60% of market pay, and worse no minimum guaranteed term of work. I'm not surprised women are getting caught in this similar mess. These headhunters know that unless you are experienced with contract work they will fleece you.

  3. Very common for a landlord to offer money to a tenant to move out . Usually far cheaper than legal action to evict . I would charge a lower affordable rent and try to lure a good paying tenant from a higher prices rental . Many try to get as much as they can for their rental creating a problem that a tenant struggles to make rent and falls behind . Greed can be counter productive .

  4. 10-4 on people moving to other Countries to save money. There are so many Expat FB groups, Expat YouTube channels, and entrepreneurs who have established businesses to assist those in the process, whether it be dealing with the paperwork necessary (in the language of their country) assisting with the actual physical move, or just phone consultation for easing the process and answering specific questions.
All advice I've seen seems to track yours as far as "Rent First!" They mention that even different neighborhoods within the same town or city can be very different, regarding noise levels, water quality — things you wouldn't necessarily think about initially.

  5. I'm a medical coder and I had to request a compensation review and was persistent over 3 months and got fare pay. I was told no twice. I had to show the average pay for my area, my yrs of experience and my credentials and degree, but ultimately I got it.
