Since the 2008 crash Lisbon has transformed itself as a centre for wealthy imigrants (aka expats), and such can be seen on the foreign investments, the arquitecture, the projects, the languages spoken, the streets, and the universities. Here we have a Chinese investment of modern apartments with an amazing view over the Tejo valley, in the Oeiras county just outside Lisbon.
