Lisboa is a wonderful city to explore from the modern to the historic part of town. It also has many levels and the architecture is mind blowing. It’s also a walking city with some of the best cafes and dining spots.

Btw, I did visit Lisboa (and Porto) a few months after my comment. It does remind me of Rio. Lol
For all those who are butthurt about the "reminds me of Rio" comment- Lisbon reminds HIM of Rio because HE has been to Rio first (I'm assuming). The comment is correct from the perspective of HIS experience. Now, go wipe off your tears, crybaby.
