To ensure that the Golden Residence Permit programme is a success, the Portuguese government have enacted a highly simplified, 4 stage procedure guaranteeing the issue of the visa within 30 days of submission of your application.

Firstly, you have to purchase property in Portugal, either in person or remotely via the internet. You can be gathering the documentation for your application at the same time as you are deciding which property you wish to buy too.

Then, we submit the application for you on your behalf — with no personal interview required of you at any time.
