I’m thinking of visiting first to Portugal . We are on the fence, weather to visit and feel the vibe of the place first and then move or just go for it sight unseen.My heart says just go but my mind says best visit.We gotta have a 6 month rental for the d7 visa so it’s really hard to pick the right location without visiting first…We are thinking Coimbra or cal das da Raina…What’s your thoughts-have you been?We are particularly weary of the lack of sophisticated heating the Portugal house seam to lack.Not that we can’t deal but finding a more up to date(insulated house w/forced air)seems hard to come by….
