The crux of the problem with US a immigration system is that immigrants who have filed for their family members, brothers and sisters have to wait for many many years to get their Visa and others are entering USA quickly by adopting other illegal ways through borders and are made eligible for public benefits like food stamps, housing, education, etc at the cost of citizens who are paying taxes and their relatives and family members are made to wait for years.

Direct H1-B should be issued through out the year, when ever company requires staff..
