It’s a steep price tag! I expected the property to be really high end and the barn to be converted already to be honest. I can’t speak to the land value in the region, but had I seen the video without knowing the asking price, I would have estimated it in the 200-400s…still a nice video and very interesting property! The price is far to high, everything needs to be done new. You get a new villa at the algave for this price. 400000 would be already to a high. Old windows, elektric not even in the wall, 3-4 euro for a qm is actualy the right amount and already high. Not realy serious from this real estade

Ok gentrification is real lol. 950k why. I talked to realtors in Lisbon and Porto and they say it's a real problem with foreigner's overpaying for properties. Unless this property is profiting 50-100k of profit every year there's no reason for the price to be that high. I know negative comment but not everything is sunshine and rainbows 😂

This farm has a proud price. But look what you get: a multigenerational, habitable house that needs very little, loads of land in a prime location with multiple support buildings and fencing, crops ready to market, plenty of water. A serious farmer can hit he ground running. I don’t know whether that small woodlands belongs to it and didn’t notice any grape vines, nor other fruit trees.
