cute little town house, definetly some cool renovation options that could be made there and the tiny street outside the windows are great
Good price for a house that has potential. In the first room on the ground floor, where there is the lounge, I'd knock down the wall of these small 'bedrooms' to create a recessed area, thereby expanding the lounge. Upstairs, I'd use both rooms, which are very spacious, as bedrooms, converting the kitchen into a bedroom, and in the other room upstairs, I'd get rid of the two small rooms and get a carpenter to install a large walk-in closet. Renovating the kitchen and bathrooms together with the aforementioned changes would not be so expensive. I'm looking for a village house, but the garden here is too small and there's not a good view. Pity also it's so far away from anywhere else, I'd prefer west of Castelo Branco and closer to the city.
