  1. manti isnt middle eastern it is an dish the nomadic tribes like turks brought to the middle east , its just chinese/turkic dumplings and su boereg ( su boregi) is an ottoman dish

  2. thats called Manti..what the hell is Monta? Manti is a Turkic dumpling its made in the whole Turkic world from the Turkic regions of China till Turkey…at least show some respect for the Turkic cuisine.

  3. For people who started accusing them of cooking Turkish dish
It’s comes from different countries, like Korea, Mongolia, entities of Russia (Tatarstan, Crimea) and etc
So it’s not only Turkish dish

  4. As an Armenian I really miss living in Glendale and having Lahmacun every other day. I always had to buy less than I wanted because I'd eat myself sick everytime, it's my favorite food in the whole world.

  5. Yeah I am pretty sure even Armenians know that Monta (aka Manti) is of Turkish origin. But that doesn't matter. At the end of the day Armenians adopted it and made it into a part of their cultural meals so it is also a part of them and their identity. I hope Turks in the comments won't be too intense on the criticism.
