  1. Hey folks, Ves the Best here! I'm over the moon that you answered my question!!! I am sure many others can relate to it, and I absolutely loved your answer about taking action right away. I definitely recognise myself in some of the blockages you point out, e.g I have the perfection issue, as you also called it in another video, paralysis by analysis 😆 I moved two countries over the last three years and it really took a toll on me, researching new systems and rules for visas, housing, health, tax, social security and what not, down to how to buy a bus pass. At this point I'm struggling with burnout and my decision making budget is depleted, even the smallest decision that needs to be made just feels like too much to deal with, let alone the big things! And you are so right about prioritizing, I catch myself feeling guilty for not being able to get it all done, while as you pointed out it's objectively impossible and something simply has to give and what's in our power is being smart about our choices. I really need a vacation but I at this point I dread the planning and researching everything – and I wasn't always like that, it used to be part of the fun and in general I like figuring things out. Ending on a good note, my progress this year is to identify the issue, all for help, and allow myself to slow down. I also started keeping a list/diary not only of tasks but also of wins (you can do monthly or weekly and consolidate quarterly and/or yearly) to focus more on the many things I did accomplish than on those that I didn't. It has really changed the way I view my productivity and accomplishments and allowed me to feel proud of how much I did do instead of guilty for what didn't get done. I wholeheartedly recommend it! Thank you again!!!

  2. Gosh 2020 MARKET CRASH, I watched videos, studied, read, feared, researched, guessed 2nd guessed and didn't TAKE ACTION until May (during the upturn/recovery) Perfectionism is a big prickly thorn. 'Study Long Study Wrong' they use to say. Analysis Paralysis🐢🐢🐢
I loved this question.Thank you guys 4 TAKE ACTION! 👣 Learn Along the way & Habit Stacking✅…🤗

  3. My wife & I works full time as night shift nurses. We have 2 kids ages 9&10. We were able to educate ourselves about FIRE & minimalism by reading books or listening to podcasts & youtubes on our day off, while the kids are in school, downtime at work & on our evening walks. Eliminate distractions, we turned off your social media & we stopped watching netflix to focus on more important things. If u really want it u should have no excuses not to do it… After 22months, we are 35% to FIRE! Goodluck!

  4. love this talk! i used to be asked the same thing, how do you do it and i just realized you'll use your time the way you need to. if there is no room for wasting time? you just wont lol.
