Please be informed that the request to exchange a foreign to Portuguese driving license was will be registered with the following documents.

Electronic medical certificate

Citizen card or residence permit in Portugal

Back of driving license

Passport is only accepted if accompanied by a Certificate of Registration of Expression of Interest published by the SEF and dated until 12-31-2021.
Documents in their digital form are not accepted, only scanned from originals.
