Hello guys, if you are reading this blog, you are lucky and you will know a lots of things about Malta. Hi i am David Gomja from Dhading, Nepal. Now a days i am living in Kathmandu, samakhushi, tokha-10. I have a shop name Called Gomja Electronics and Photo Studio (Upatyaka Digital Studio), where i do my works. i have done a lots of different work since 2017. so today i am sharing you how to go Malta, how to make Euro-pass CV for Malta, what are the procedure to go Malta, how to get Malta work permit etc etc.

First Stage:
Once you Make all the the required documentation below, and the first installment of payment (€500 to €2000) to your agent then they will immediately proceed with the submission of your application to Identity Malta, but if you have your friends or relatives in malta this payment methods can be different.
• Full copy of passport;
• Latest CV(signed by applicant);
• Reference letter up to 3 years, according to the position they are applying;
• Position Description(sent to the applicant scanned by email, last page needs to be signed);
• Original Employment Agreement(sent to the applicant scanned by email, last page needs to be signed);
• CEA 5.1 Form(sent to the applicant scanned by email, relevant pages needs to be signed);
• Police Conduct Certificate;
After submitting the application to Identity Malta, it usually takes 8-12 weeks for approval. but in some cases it take short Period of Times. In case of refusal from Identity Malta, they will refund back your money cutting about 20% – 30% of your total amount Payment. for Example if you are paying €2000 for First Installment. They will give you €1,420. The remaining amount, Identity Malta fee (€280.50) and Administrative paper works fee (€300), are not re-fundable. you will also received a mail in your email address, which you provide in Europass CV.

Second Stage:
Once your application is successfully approved, Identity Malta sends an approval letter of the applicant to the employer’s address. As soon as they receive the approval letter from Identity Malta, they will ask you for second installation and after they received the second installment of payment, They prepare and send to the applicant the mentioned documents below needed for VISA Application. in this case also you will also received a mail in your email address, which you provide in Europass CV.
• Identity Malta approval letter;
• Work contract;
• Company Invitation Letter;
• Director and Office Manager copy of ID Card;
• Lease Agreement; In case of VISA refusal due to candidate’s personal issues, they do not refund back any amount as from their side, so the documentation process would have been done correctly.

Third Stage:
As soon as the applicant receives the VISA approval, you can go to Malta and they will prepare the documents needed for Single Work Permit card:
• A copy of the approval letter;
• Lease Agreement and Landlord Signature (Annex 5);
• A copy of the applicant’s visa & passport bio-page;
• Health Insurance;
• Health Screening(Chest X-Ray, Vaccines, Covid-19 Test);
