To start car-sharing: All you need is the app
The app is your key to car-sharing. Find, reserve, and unlock SHARE NOW cars in less than 2 seconds.

Most of our smart and Mercedes-Benz cars have car keys. Watch the video how to rent cars with car keys.

Here’s how it works:
1. Locate a car near you using the app.
2. Tap ‘Reserve’ and make it yours.
3. Walk to the car – the app will guide you.
4. Tap ‘Start’ in the app.
5. Then use Face-ID, Touch-ID or enter your 4-digit PIN.
6. Enter the 3-digit code shown on the car to unlock it.
7. You’ll find the key in the glove compartment.
8. Arrived at your destination?
9. Place the key back into the holder.
10. End the trip via the app.
11. Easy as that!
