  1. I did two big moving out in my life: from Poland to Spain and 1.5 year after from Spain to France. I took one big and one small suitcase. The true is that in most countries of the world we are able to rebuy most of our belongings. I had no problem to give to other prople my clothes, shoes or books. I knew that if I give to somebody my converse in good condition, I can rebuy them easly in another country when I will need it.

  2. seems strange why you would move to portugal, i think most portuguese would prefer it the other way around ^^ But nevertheless wish you good luck

  4. Some very interesting observations and experiences. As an older person, I appreciated what you said about the whole process of emptying your house being exhausting. That is one thing I don't want to pass on to my children when I'm gone. What a terrible legacy for your children – having to get rid of all your stuff! You're a young person. Imagine what an accumulation of possessions you would have by the age of nearly 70!

  5. I'm living what a lot of people would call a dream life, getting paid to travel the world and seeing a new country every day and I always felt a bit jealous of your Maui home and lifestyle…yet you're dream was to move to Portugal. It seems that it's human nature to want something else. At home in England, I live in a static caravan and I can't imagine ever needing to live in a large home full of stuff. My one downfall though is clothes. Isn't it great buying new clothes? 🙂

  6. 자막에 한국어도 좀 넣어주심 감사하겠습니다 영어공부 하고 있는데 발음이 이쁘신데 어떤건 의미를 모르겠네요 ㅜㅜ ㅎ 느낌 차암 좋아요

  7. Sophie, this is the most moving and inspirational video you've made so far, in my mind 💙 Even though I just KonMari-ed my whole apartment over the springtime, after watching this I feel like there's more I want to part with. I'm so excited to see your journey to Portugal ✨💙

  8. I do not need a nice car, a big house, or any other expensive things really. But my wall of books is a must. I've tried to negotiate with myself about it, and I just can't let them go, even though my dream is also to move across the world to Europe. 😭

  9. Very inspiring video Sophie. Less stuff less pressure, simple concept, much harder to action I imagine. We did this when downsizing homes in the UK. Thank you for your videos always so relaxing and meaningful to watch. Good luck with your Portugese adventure.

  10. Hiiii😊i just wanted to say how much I appreciate your videos, they make me feel so grounded, relaxed and inspired. It's one of the only few contents on social media that helps ease my mind instead of filling it up with unnecessary thoughts and random information. Its very interesting and even eye opening to hear your interpretation on little things😇

  11. hello friend🙏👁️ขอโทษที่มาทักทายช้า🙏👁️I always remember the good things my friends, brothers and sisters gave to me, including the elders.
