Theo and Bee gave up their busy city lifestyles in 2014 to explore alternative living, and have lived in vans and boats since then without looking back! Along with their cat Ginjey Bear they have been driving around the world in their self converted Sprinter van. However, when the global pandemic hit they began converting their abandoned stone barn in Central Portugal to turn into a wonderful tiny stone cottage. Along the way, they have rescued a playful cat called Furrnando and have a wonderful flock of Chickens!

  1. Good to see you back on the farm Theo! And to hear that while you are gone Bea is well enough to take care of the animals ! Those 2 kitties alone make everybody feel better! Have a good trip Theo!

  2. Million dollar question, elephant in the room, what my do you suddenly have to go to the UK? Did I miss something?
I would have assumed you’d fly but maybe you are bringing something back to Portugal and need a vehicle?
Teaser title with no conclusion leaves me hanging. 😂

  3. Hi friends!!
Loved seeing you traveling thru Europe❤. I miss it terribly 😢
It’s a good job that you don’t have to really speak all the different languages as English is recognized everywhere hey? I remember driving across Europe and being so nervous about my language speaking ability but in the end we were right as rain if I got stuck. Just used English and it was all good
I have to disagree regarding the driving Theo!! LOL I found highway driving in Europe was beautiful and not that busy at all. We loved it ❤. Parts of the US were nice as well (we are from Canada) but I do prefer Europe because of all the pull off points with fuel/food/washrooms. It’s much more user friendly
    Take care of yourself
    Hi Bea!! ☺️👋❤️✨

  4. Safe trip, Theo! I am on the same one right now, but the opposite way. Came thru Germany, Luxemburg and France, Bordeaux and down in to Spain via Bask Country (San Sebastian) and down thru Burgos, Salamanca to Guarda in Portugal. Great scenery and good roads. Had a blast 🙂 Hope everything turned out well in UK and with the red tape in Portugal 🙂

  6. Hahaahah I know exactly the hotel you booked. I've used twice as a journey break between UK and Spain, decent for the price and accept pets. Have they completed the tram works in from of the hotel?

  7. So happy that Bee feels safe and happy to stay alone on the barn conversion property with the cats, chickens, and goats.
We are all hoping for you Theo for a safe trip and a quick return to your soulmate Bee…. Happy travels Theo and enjoy your fish and chips!

  8. I've been a sub for over a year tho rarely comment. , I look forward to Ur videos and Ur upbeat attitude, no matter what happening in Ur life. I want to wish Bea every thing good in life n a speedy recovery. U r both amazing people

  9. Over hear in the States, we call that post hole digger an auger. It’s an excellent addition to your tool kit.
You really got after it driving, making some impressive mileage for one day.
Your strategy with the ferries, going and coming, is brilliant.
I must have missed the part where you explained what the trip was about.
Best of luck to you, Bea, and all your critters.

  10. We have a septic system and your tank can be pumped out even if it has leaves and dirt in it. Your holding tank should be made from concrete so the fire should not have damaged it. If fact you should have your tank pumped about every five years. Also, you need to keep bacteria in your tank in order to degrade your body waste.
