I got scammed!!! Who is suing him now? I would love joining a class action suit against the Nomad Scammer. Please HELP!!!

People only get scammed simply because they. Have a get rich quick mindset and. Are too damn lazy to do their own research beforehand. In which case I don't feel sorry for stupid people.

I concur. Thank you for confirming my instincts. Over last few years I’ve contemplated offshore services and among others, contacted Henderson. I never came up with a rational reason why I didn’t employ him. It was just uneasy gut feeling. Here are few reasons that could contribute to me disliking him.
Boasting 7-8 figure clients (no proof), implying that he is in same category (no proof), projects scorn and disdain, towards less wealthy
Not indicating even approximate prices for his services. I found out that when you email him application and declare your net worth and income, then he gages how much he can squeeze out of you.
Everything he offered has no money back guaranty, not even partial.
He is just snobby, weakling, puny, slimy dweeb, I just don’t see him as a man I could trust and rely upon
Once I commented on one of his YouTube videos where he bought apartment in bogota, while everyone was positively commenting and drooling, I wrote few obvious deficiencies, like no balcony, terrace, ceilings too low, no view… not only he did not have guts to respond, or to say get lost to me, or erase my comment. No, this coward somehow made my comment invisible to everyone, but still visible only to me. How gutless can you be? I’m certain he does not allow negative comments on his videos.
I feel sorry for people who attended his México ‘conference’. Has been speakers with nothing to offer, employees from Balkan which I would trust even less, his father, and that clown president of Liberland, which I had misfortune to meet personally. This year seems even worse.

Thanks for pointing this out, but 3 bad reviews of not delivered or bad service, does that make a scam? I would not buy his service though. I illegally downloaded his book and that was RUBBISH and made me doubt if he had anything to offer. If you have plenty of good advice, it will spill over. You don't need to hold your cards to your chest and not spill any information. It might explain the odd feeling I have with andrew.

I noticed a while ago « Mr. Boooooutic » doesn’t have much clue about residency in Monaco or banking in Switzerland among other countries in Europe! He keeps promoting that Georgian crook he bribed with few thousand $ and pretends he knows far more than he does about many places where he probably spent no longer than a weekend.

What does the guy actually have to do with you for him to entertain your requests?

My observation from following him on YouTube:
1. He is a college dropout of the bad kind, not another Bill Gate or Zuki who had dropped out of Harvard as juniors for a new enterprise. He dropped out of Arizona State University, a party school as a freshman.
2. I think that he had as a teenager he had developed personal grudge against the USA, and he decided to make a career out of it. He is in his element when he talks badly on the USA.
3. Long ago, he has run out of topics, and he repeats himself over and over. He is good at giving a good pep talk.
4. He borrowed his entire philosophy from Bill Hill who wrote his books PT I and PT II with the concept of the three flag theory long before Mr. Henderson was even born.
5 Why would a successful businessman like him even bothers to peddle a book for ten bucks a pop?
6. From the stupid comments that he gets, it appears that there is a total mismatch between his target audience and his actual audience, a complete waste of time and resources.
7. One of his former employees posted that she had sued him for unfair dismissal. She commented that he liked passports alot.
8. To the best of my recollection he never presented his I-630 form (Loss of US Nationality)
9. His name should appear in the gazette( either 2016, 2017, 2018, 2017) on the list of US citizens who had waivered their US citizenship.
10 All Caribbean citizenship by investment programs are processed through an exclusive list of lawyers (fat cats), so I don't understand his roll in all of this. Is he there to just hold your hand through the process?
11. He and his dad ,who piggybacks on his channel from time to time, give advice on topics that they don't know much about.

Henderson is a great marketeer. He understands the offshore consultancy industry doesn’t have strong recognisable brands, so that’s his strategy: to become the most well known offshore consultancy brand by spamming YouTube with lots of videos. I realised he was a scammer after seeing a huge amount of fake reviews in trustpilot (what a coincidence, all reviewers never created any other reviews on trustpilot except one stellar one for nomadcapitalist lol) & seeing the slightly sleazy women he’s trying to show off in his videos as his staff (last year noticeably). Also, his firms replies to the two very negative comments were also very fake. Let’s face it: why would you take advice from this guy? Does he have a degree in investing, tax or accountancy? Nope…so don’t take advice from this fraudster.

Fair play to you for having the cojones to expose this, his models on show on his videos make me suspicious, sex sells but it's hardly professional

I was suspicious of his "we help 7 and 8 figure clients go where they're treated best" opening line on his videos then he tells you how to save 100 bucks on your food bills, and don't understand how he attracts such huge names to his conferences, puzzling

I've known his advice to be pretty shitty for a while now. However I still bought a ticket to his event, as I am curious about some of the speakers and networking opportunities. Will report back

I like Andrew's videos I think they are great food for thought. Also, the part where you claim he praises dictators is largely false. With the exception of the UAE, Serbia, and Turkey I can't think of any country he talks about that is a dictatorship/ strongman lead. If you have an issue with his UAE stance, then you have an issue with a large number of celebrities. This isn't to say I would ever pay for his services if you do that's on you. If you really want to move somewhere spending at most a week googling around for lawyers isn't that hard.

Col B’s review didn’t say that Andrew was getting sued back home. It said that he was getting sued by former clients. Way to take someone’s review and twist it around. Anyways, if there are so many bad reviews….where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

CANNOT go back to the United States and NOT WANTING to go back to the United States are perhaps 2 different things. Andrew has stated numerous times that he would need a visa to return but he figures it is not worth the effort for him since the United States doesn't have enough to offer.

If a US Citizens owes on taxes, can't their Passport be canceled? I wonder how can the taxes be collected with someone who has multiple Passports?

I know about the about the FBAR etc. However, not all Countries participate in it. It's like 112 Countries. Which leaves just as many that don't report to the US.

I met a guy (back in 2014). He told me he changed his place of birth. It was done on a "3rd world" Passport. I'd imagine this would be an advantage.

went to his event last year for networking because I don't know other people who did what I did. there were no happy customers to give testimonial, mainly people angry about trump losing. But it was packed full and I did make a few contacts. Got the proposal out of curiosity but its pay up front no guarantees, misspellings in it and I don't needed it since I'm experienced. The event was poorly organized but the former president of Georgia came lots of good speakers but no real value. There is allot of demand for this need someone honest to create a community where experienced people can network and collaborate and real resources can make connections with that community

You maybe correct, however, we ALL know what the Yanks are like. Just look at what they're doing to innocent civilians right now in America. Why would the Yanks want him back, because whether people use Mr. Anderson or not, he's get wealthy Americans to leave American and the knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. I've never met Andrew in person but I have been following him since 2008, bought his book two years ago (really boring, it's a compilation of anecdotes, not a preparation to be an offshore citizen at all).
I think NOONE can advise properly on taxes, immigration and relocation to more than one or two countries. Law and regulations are changing very fast, every day there's something new… regardless of the size of the country. Local immigration agents have the knowledge and contacts. I ahve been around over the last 4 years, relocated to Malaysia, Indonesia and Turkey without seeking services from a boutique consultancy based in ….. Belgrade, Serbia. it is very difficult for me that such a small "boutique" business can handle so many countries. Andrew is quite knowledgeable and passionate about his topic but I am not sure if it entitles him to provide advice and services to prospective ex-pats.

I guess the character that Andrew represents: blond, American, white mid-30, wearing posh clothes in well-designed flats is what attracts his clients who in most cases don't want to be dealing with local companies (in some countries it's very hard to find the right and HONEST immigration/ tax consultant) …

Andrew seems to be "subscribed" to a few countries like Colombia, Malaysia, Georgia, Serbia and Montenegro to name a few… not really exploring the world and what else can be done in less known countries … out of his radar….

Watching huckster Andrew’s videos in the past, and I knew he wasn’t legit. I noticed that the information he giving was oftentimes incorrect or significantly dated. And I swear I’ve heard him say that he cannot go back to the US.

I always do research on such companies before taking the bait. More than once, I've gotten things forwarded to me from friends that was completely a scam. I did the research and informed them that it was a scam. It's amazing how many people trust things without any proof. In church growing up they told us we had to have blind faith. Well, maybe that's why a lot of people walking around are clueless. I don't have blind faith. I'm like you.. I do my research.
