-In most of Europe the temperature is 35 in the summer, in Dubai is 40, so not much difference
-driving in Dubai is not more challenging than driving in Paris or even Monaco (probably in Monaco ppl.are more civilized, but if you don’t know the place you’ll turn around like a drunk chicken for hours)
-there are plenty of hookers everywhere (you lived in Ukraine, you should know better), especially in wealthy places, nothing new under the sun 🤷♀️

Careful about advising people to go to #Europe to escape #Dubai’s Summer heat! Global warming is really taking hold and Summers everywhere are HOT-TING up! This Summer usually cooler places, such as #London (England) are SUFFERING with 38 C daily high temperatures. Seattle, in #Washington state, will soon have its third heat-wave of THIS Summer alone with temps of 34 C!!!

Can you please do a video about how to become a temporary resident of UAE up to 12 months?
You said, exchange the driving licence… this means you loose the one from your "old" country in order to received the UAE driving license? And what about if you go to Europe back to holiday for a view weeks? The UAE driving license is not valid there to rent/drive a car.
During Dubai's summer, I think I would opt for Buenos Aires' mild winter.

2:28 exactly what I'm doing. Jamaica is home, Florida my business hub. Currently setting up in Indonesia (Lombok & Bali, Sumba soon) for business & vacation. Then Dubai/UAE will be for my main business hub/mother/holding company and for digital services…. metaverse & cryptocurrency.
