Are we eligible to apply for asylum if we are not Ukraine citizens ??
all 3rd country national who cannot go back to their home country can apply rest cannot.
But students who are coming from Ukraine Can apply under article 88.2 and get the Portuguese Residency card which will be renewed after 2years to 3 years then to Citizenship.
All is according to Portuguese law
