Great property and a good price, I like the massive front door, in the UK we mostly don't get large front doors, so our property agents edit every photograph and stretch them which is obvious to see and really annoying as you cannot get a clear picture of what you are looking at. What does this achieve? Well its a great sales tactic, it disappoints every customer immediately when they see the much smaller rooms in person.

The entertainment area is my most favourite part of the mansion. Also, being at the vantage point, the mansion boasts view of the Mediterranean from all corners that gives it the added value. The detailed tour video is much preferred than short tailored one. Good job👍

Now this is outstanding. Best Marbella Villa on Youtube and i have seen a lot of them. With this oversize Main Bedroom and the underground garage this home surpasses all the way more expensive villas in zagaleta – imho. Artur is nailing it, great content, a lot of details, keep on going …

Well if it is almost new but used then crappy workmanship the plaster under the living room porch area is falling off so makes me wonder how crappy the rest of the work is in the house

I love the way Artur mispronounces words – like 'east south' instead of south east, façade, (Fas-ard not fas-aid), CHandelier instead of 'SH'and-eliers. I prefer the tour style. Artur's very descriptive and generous with his adjectives 🙂 The camera person does a great job too. The house – yes fantastic interior design and colour themes, though I suspect there was also a bit of a blue filter added on the editing.

You know a garage is big when it echos like that. Artur is looking good stepped up his game this week(don't forget leg day). The house is the best Ive seen perfect view, perfect size all the features you want but I think its the garage that does it for me, you just know anybody that comes to stay would be shocked.
