After the war it emerged the largest industrialised country i Europe, they set up banking the banking institutions, good governance saw Luxembourg become super rich in the entire Europe.

Dude the richest countries per GDP are: US, China, Japan, and Germany in that order…..differentiate per capita income and GDP size. Luxenbourg cannot even compare with Californias economy.
