I know some of you will call me crazy but for me its a compliment, being normal is something I dont want to be… so please dont be worried for my safety, I do things my way, but you already know that dont you? 🙂

I hope you enjoy my channel. If you wish to contribute to my renovation, I would really appreciate it 🙂

  1. It would definitely be worth it to buy some basic scaffolding, it'll get you up to the roof safely and will pay for itself over time. And maybe also get a hard hat and protective eyewear. And masks for the dust.

  2. The cat was thinking to himself “have you seen the size of those spider webs? I’m quite happy here thanks”!🤣🤣🤣
Good luck with your build and please be safe, Laura 🛠🪚⛏🪛🧱

  3. If you can't afford supported ladder. Then take long pole and come from clean open side and poke tiles from bottom and let them crash down through hole Just keep poking and you are farther back from safe distance … Also remove everything from roof to make safe. Then cheap plastic TARP plastic roof so no water gets in. Drape it over and use wood slat to nail it down.

  4. You can't reuse the beams or really any of it. Mold and rot. May not be visible but spores get into lungs. And wood may rotted inside. You don't want to spend all this money and one day it collapses. Not worth it. Chop it up for firewood. There are several good lumber Mills in area that can cut you new beams. Further. There are several recycling places that you can find windows, doors wood and cabinets or bathroom stuff. It's like a recycling warehouse. You don't have that big of a roof, clay tiles are not that expensive. People also sell new excess tiles or materials. Even excess paint. Old Craigslist or others. Another option is metal roof panels that look like tile. Far cheaper and easier to install. Look the same.

  5. Osher. It's unsafe. You need scaffolding. Either steel, or wood. But correctly shored up. Or a lift. Start at the top. Let it all drop to the bottom. Much safer than standing under it.. don't do that.

  6. Osher, that is not the way. SCAFFOLDING. Stable platform. Don't walk on tiles. Make it safe. Throw the tiles down. That ladder is too short. Won't work. Need HELMET. Eye protection. Mask gloves. They are all cheap, save you a lot of pain and suffering. Need a stable platform. Come from the side that is open. Strip the roof. Then chainsaw the beams let them fall. Don't lean. Dude, don't start from bottom. It can all cave in on you. Osher be safe. We need you alive. .

  7. You are so funny!! if i die I want someone to find me and bury me..lol…I also love that you want to recycle as much needed and keep some pieces as reminder of the past, once cleaned they will look good as decor., nice rustic looks too. (Get a hard hat for construction for safety reasons)

  8. Thank you for your work and good luck. I am from Andalusia and it makes me sad to see the rural heritage in ruins. I hope that, like me, many were inspired by your work, proof that the level of deterioration of a building does not matter. With desire everything is possible. Good luck and thanks again.
