Is the housing market cooling down due to the cost-of-living crisis?

The cost-of-living crisis is beginning to make its presence felt in the housing market.
Rory Hearne (Assistant Professor Social Policy at Maynooth University and /Author of ‘Gaffs: Why no one can get a house, and what we can do about it’) and Kevin Beirne (Kevin Beirne Auctioneers and Property Valuers in Mayo) join Anton Savage on The Pat Kenny Show to discuss whether the market might cool down.

  1. Talk about the government silence on the energy providers/bills which are completely out of control. The cost of food, lack of housing for IRISH people. Why don't you challenge the government instead of biased reporting when newstalk feel like it unless FFG tell you to do so.

  2. Open Borders, increase HAAP, not building supply, using tax payers money to keep housing/hotels/student accommodation to 100% capacity with illegals and high landlords taxes the government are doing everything in their power to keep the prices high.
