Is the Interior of Portugal Worth It? TOO RURAL?! How much is it?

We’re on a 3 month tour of Portugal starting with the Algarve and working our way up north one region at a time. This vlog is from Alentejo and more specifically our 2 nights in Beja. Where is Beja and is this region even worth visiting or considering living in? We ended up staying in Alentejo for a total of 10 nights, which was shorter than planned but due to the lack of housing options that accepted dogs, we had to shorten things.

The next video we’ll be in the Lisbon region as we hope to give you a glimpse of things to do, places to live, and cost of living/traveling around Portugal. We’ve included all of our travel costs for each region so that you know what our expenses for 4 adults, 1 child, and small dog is like.
