Can you talk a little bit about month renting
Would love to find a nice 3 bed, 3 bath house or condo in/near Cascais… do you have any suitable properties available… or any recommendations of same/similar? (Will definitely consider a “fixer”)
Is it possible for you to explain the property tax further? Like for example, is it included in the monthly payment like here in the US? And can you please mention an example like 1000 sqft is about 1000€
