Over time, vinegar will destroy your grout and make your tiles fall off the wall. Source: years of experience.
All these Chinese people using underground networks in our country e.g. using slave labour AKA 'little brothers and sisters' and renting to get into our schools and the ferocious amount of blatant cheating in universities that gets them a degree but they know nothing and can barely speak English, does not benefit Australia or our economy. They are making a closed in Chinese system in our country – that is all. The students expect degrees for zero work and they get them with money. How does that benefit Australians? Once they get PR, they have no interest in working with Australians but in helping circumnavigate our system for their own benefits. Having taught Chinese students – the amount of cheating they get away with makes me feel ill and really brings the integrity of our universities into question.
The government's objective is to entrap you. The chain gang.
Will see how this Depression cycle plays out. So much money was thrown around by governments around the world into the economy and to people and still things are very much depressed, they should be bouncing off the walls with happiness, now we have massive govt debt which will flow onto reduced infrastructure spend. This will not end well for anyone sadly and lack of food and basic utilities adds to it.
Great show gent as always 👏
Edwin is SPOT-ON in regards to the ventilation systems that are put in most developments. Those cheap ‘propeller’ style exhaust fans are rubbish in a normal house, and are totally inadequate in a commercial residential building.
An in-line axial fan, ducted to the outside, and rated with the appropriate air flow or air change/hour, coupled with a run-on timer, is the minimum standard and should be MANDATORY.
BUT THEY COST MORE!
Yet SOMEONE is signing off on those SUBSTANDARD jobs, and putting thousands in harms way for respiratory disorders exasperated by CV19 and the flu.

all these idiots telling ppl who have no business buying, to buy….dont forget family and friends who pushing you to buy…the same flogs who will ask you to lend them money to meet mortgage repayments…
How can rates come back down when inflation is sky high as you know the only way to stop inflation is to stopping printing money and lift interests rates to 15% its the only way no other.
Australia is over governed but these people will panic because they can't steal money anymore because the money will run out and these crooks know what the future holds , the sheeple believe everything told to them in the mainstream media but the pain is inevitable.
48.19…what Edwin is talking… it's the mistake or the right think I did 9 months ago… rush into a property(50% my mistake-50% fool by the Real estate agent), paying a premium btw 5-10% just to secure a "NEW" unit in a decent area, before prices keep raising, specially with new properties, also avoiding high fees in reno and construction… (Shitty builder and developer-family business claiming to be top quality, but I discover, after settle in, everything is BS) living with the consequences for a rush decision, because builder are not going to fix anything, or improve anything, legally they don't have to, builder knows and laugh at it. Advise from a Builder inspector and local government, deal with that, fix it from your own money, as long as it's nothing structural…. What a Aussie dream.
Socialism must end and it's on its last breath !!.

How are they going to handle dropping stamp duty, if you bought recently and paid stamp duty they can't charge you a land tax – double taxation, they would not legally be able to charge land tax until the stamp duty has been repaid by government or until the equivalent time to make up paid stamp duty has been reached. i.e. $48,000 paid in stamp duty – 20 years before government can charge land tax. Failure to do this would result in the largest class action in Australian history!
