Great video Griffin, exciting project! Just bought my first home and I am currently living in my walkout basement, renovating parts of the house and landscaping and renting the main floor. I have been enjoying this journey so far. Cheers and keep it up!
This year isn't looking so good for the housing market. Already considering moving funds I have in the market to dividends which have shown commendable rise despite previous prediction to the contrary

During a housing crisis when a generation has been priced out, you are bragging about being a real estate investor. You're part of the problem. And don't try to paint it that you are trying to help people, you are doing it for your own selfish reasons

Not really into this. Canada has an insane housing crisis. I know it's not your fault, obviously, but owning multiple homes definitely contributes.
