Sailing at night on a ship, outside on the upper deck same kind of feeling being on the beach except when the seas are rough and you're on a little ship, inside the ship warm and cosey again accept when the seas are rough and the ship is small.

Lagos is looking nice at night,l wish other coastal states can replicate some of these lagos life without the traffic.Can you not just go to landmark beach as public amenity,if you don't want food and restaurant, without paying? Thank you.
