  1. Maya ! You need to start clearing out the debris in your stream areas where the water flows. Otherwise when it dries up the ground becomes hard and nasty.. Removing the twigs, long thick branches out of the stream will make a difference, even moving some of the rocks around. You have beautiful land that has a lot of flowing streams. So glad to have found your channel. Great videos. Take care and see you on the next one!! Cheerios ! 🌼

  2. i think you need to teach yourself chain saw tree felling and then you can cut up and have fire wood for winters love the land and see its not been worked or maintained for years would love to know what you want to end up with etc thanks for video etc

  3. Love it! Your property is gorgeous! I’m very much enjoying watching the progress you’re making.
You’re doing amazing on your own. Whatever you want to do- You can do it! 🙌🏽
Looking forward to your next video. Bom fim de semana! 🌺

  4. Maya greetings from California. Your grill area looks amazing!! You did such a great job. You even have a table and chairs. Now you can grill and eat al Dente! You really do work so hard. A hammock by the stream is a fabulous idea. It’s so fun to watch the progress each week. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Hello Maya, for the second time I recommend that you completely eliminate the eucalyptus trees and the mimosa bushes, in the first place they are a danger for fires to have them, in the second place they are not native trees of the region and of Portugal, eliminate them and plant native trees of the region and the country, get advice from people who know the native species a recommendation the local University and other study houses can help you… this way you collaborate with the country helping its native flora and you help yourself avoiding a pest such as eucalyptus trees that are a fire hazard and water suckers

  6. Hello Maya, greetings, something worries me… how are you preparing for the winter, your wooden cabin is prepared for a winter that is sometimes strong… I would like you to comment so I stay calmer a hug

  7. You are so lucky that you have water in abundance, water is essential. Just beware of those snakes. You forgot to reply to our questions regarding your future plans. You said it is in Central Portugal, that is a vast area (province), what is the nearest "big town" to your property? How are you going to survive winter in the wooden cabin? What are your immediate plans to make the place livable? Are you using a compost toilet? Going to purchase Solar pannels before winter arrives? How do you make a living so you can finance the revamping of this abandoned property. How will you generate income to sustain your daily life? Are you going to hire help? Is this your first time as a vlogger? What is your story? Why Portugal? We would love that you give us some context and background so we can understand better your vlog content and your intentions for vlogging. Thanks

  8. Must be so satisfying to clean the land , looks so beautiful already! Hope you will have time to get rid of the invasive plants like eucalyptus and the mimosa 🙂

  9. Hi Maya, the eucalyptus and acacia are exotic trees the problem with them is they need Forrest fires to reproduce, hence the big problem nowhere with wildfires. If it was my property I would cut down all eucalyptus and Acacia trees and use them for fire wood and replant other trees from seed if necessary. Like oak and cork oak, which will bring money with harvest and they don't burn easily. But after seeing a big forest fire near my village i might be paranoid. 🤷🏼‍♀️ wish you all the luck and look forward for more of your adventures 😉❤
