Important notice for visa applicants for Indian citizens
Kindly be informed that given the impact of the on-going global pandemic, the Greek Authorities have applied certain restrictions and conditions regarding the entry of travellers into Greece. According to the latest Regulations Indian citizens and permanent residents of India can enter into Greece. The VACs for Greece will accept visa applications, provided that no further notice on the extension of the entry ban to Greece be issued in the meantime All individuals who wish to travel to Greece must consult the following link travel.gov.gr and follow the required rules.
The Visa Application Center in New Delhi will be operating from Monday until Friday for submission of applications in the categories:
Schengen C type visa
Seafarers, only if they have an invitation from authorised Greek shipping companies and in possession of a valid CDC
Long-term, National D type visa for Students, who have received the letter of acceptance from Greek Colleges/Universities.
Long-term, National D type visa for Employment workers
Long-term, National D type visa for Family Reunification only for 2nd stage – Decision
The Visa Application Centers for Greece in Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune will be operating from Monday until Friday for submission of applications in the categories:
