I’m not sure how low the rental prices will go since not many foreigners staying in Philippines? It’s amazing that they keep building new condos but most places are vacant. I probably wouldn’t rent in Duma but prefer Cebu

Latino Restaurant is very nice ( when you know where it is located on the main Dumaguete to Valencia Road ). We were there in April '22. I didn't know there were rooms to stay upstairs. Thank you for your video Leah.

I think Paul and Baby Mae did this same video. I have always been a big fan of you and Gary, but Dumaguete is really getting old because all the vloggers have done the same videos over and over.
