  1. I like that he dedicated Live Forever to Charlie Watts. Watts had a good run dying at 80. I don’t know what more people expect. That’s double the lifetime people lived in the past.

Sadly, a lot of Sixties era Rockstars are in their Seventies now. So I expect we’re going to see more and more expire one by one soon enough.

I mean Neil Young and Bob Dylan are both pushing 80. Neil Diamond is 70. And I won’t name the others. It’s too unbearable to contemplate.

I always feel bad when a good Musician passes away. There aren’t that many left. That I care about anyway. I was in despair when Prince passed and Chris Cornell. I was displeased when Bowie died too. But what can you do? Nothing! That’s life! A fact of life anyway. Life is not a permanent condition. Unfortunately, I wish it was.

RIP Watts, Cornell, Prince and Bowie

  3. What's everyone talking about with Liam's band not handling the Oasis tunes? It's just open chords and some bends on the lead guitar, pretty hard to fuck it up, and they sound like they're pulling it off just fine!

  4. Amazing this band back in the day got me to feel a man and say fuck negative people!!! Got me through some tuff times and i love them for it, great music 90s was a dream, today we all live scared behind shadows of the past!!!

  5. I still don't get the appeal of Liam solo.

I grew up on Oasis in the 90s, up to the bitter end in 2009.

I don't give a fuck if you think Liam's voice has improved. This sounds like an Oasis tribute band, made even cheesier by the backing vocalists. That's actually tragic to me. Even worse that people can't, or won't see it.

  6. His second album might be sub par and the new one might sound generic and repetitive but live Liam is (still) a force to be reckoned with.

Absolute stellar performance and he and the band are on fire during the Oasis classics.
