LISBON attracts countless visitors every year. And not without reason.
Besides Lisbon we also visit the castle town of SINTRA and the charming town of Evora.
Where we also explore a 7000 year old cult site that is older than Stonehenge.

Portugal is a great country, there is so much to discover. Of course, we also try the famous PASTEL DE NATA.

In LISBON it is definitely worth visiting the MERCADO DA RIBEIRA with its large food hall,
very exciting, a bit busy and with a large selection of food. There’s something for every taste…
From the TORRE DE BELEM on the Tejo river we drive to the city center.
There is something to discover around every corner, the city has an incredible number of beautiful old buildings, a lot of history and culture.
We discover a pastry shop where you can see how the well-known portuguese pastries Pastel de Nata are made.
You simply have to try them when you are in Portugal.
And they taste best fresh, when they are still warm!

EVORA is a small charming Portuguese town with beautiful well-preserved Portuguese architecture.
We stroll through the streets of Evora and enjoy the relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
Without the many tourists, like in the two big cities Lisbon and Porto.
And life is good here, too, the Romans already knew that.

ALMENDRES CROMLECH
The whole region seems magical and somewhat mystical. Hidden in the middle of a cork oak forest.
This cult place in the middle of nowhere was discovered 60 years ago and the oldest rock formations are around 7000 years old.
And they are significantly older than Stonehenge. The special thing here is that the place is open to the public and we can just stroll through the rock formations. And that all alone.
That makes this place especially magical and a real insider tip.
