Hi, when a person has applied for citizenship by investment after applying for the residency card and they have stayed in Malta for about 4 to 6 months and once their residency has been approved to move forward to make the investment and other required payments, then how long do they have to remain in the country during the process of waiting to hopefully receive citizenship during the 12 to 18 months? Do they have to remain in the country during this time aside from the initial 4 to 6 months? Thank you.
