  1. Hi Zach, enjoyed the video. Just ordered a Porsche Boxster, which will mostly be driven by my wife. Saw your video in Portugal on the Boxster and the recent here on the Spyder model. We went with the base and added some options keeping the price sort of reasonable. Hoping it doesn’t take too long for delivery…

  2. I once walked over $200 a GTA dealer tried to sneak by me in the finance office over a demo model I was going to buy. I was a signature away from finishing the deal when I noticed the agreed to price I negotiated was $200 more in the sales agreement I was about to sign. The $200 was an up charge for the paint they told me, which would apply on a new car, as I was well acquainted with the model I was buying and all its trims, and roughly what it was worth with it's current mileage. A demo is not a new car. They actually tried to BS me that the manufacturer makes them charge it on demos! LOL! I guess they hoped I was an idiot! Best part was the dealer finance manager asked me if I was willing to let a good deal go over $200? I countered with are you willing to lose a sale over $200? They didn't budge. I left. The sales guy I did the deal with was dumbfounded that he lost his commission. I told him your finance manager cost you your commission, not me! Never dealt with that dealer again and warned people to avoid them.

  3. Hey Zack. I recall a number of years back a friend wanted to buy a 3er.
He was given the cold shoulder at Brian Jessel, in his words: “because I wasn’t Chinese!”.
Drove to the BMW Store on Burrard, bought the car.
The irony: My buddy is Korean 🤦🏻
    Man, was he pissed!

Oh, after buying the 3 series, his dad wanted, and purchased a fully loaded X5. So, two sales and services lost because of snotty sales staff.

Like you said, move on to the next dealership to give them your money.
