  1. 🤔 one thing Nunez doesn’t have is composure in front of goal. One ok, two bad 3 awful no excuses at elite level and that’s the standard bar nothing.

We take 80m punt on him, put youth in not ready but can’t buy the already proven at 50/60m stop buying youth and get proven.

Klopp expects the press yet he chose Thiago over Gini, Elliott over proven and no squad depth in midfield that can press bar Hendo left.

Mane also led the press and nobody up front works like him

  2. A midfield of Elliott thiago and bacjetic meant we never went out to win that game. Klopp doesn't care about league cup. Competing in 4 comps killed us last season. No squad can handle that never mind ours with so many sick notes. For all the criticisms of Nunez it must be balanced out with Salah did nothing at all.

  3. Not being negative but if Nunez does his hamstring like a lot of speedy players do, and as well you get injured trying too hard to compensate for 'things', then he'll be useless to us….I mean if he can get 3x 20 goal seasons and gets us along in the UCL x3 then he may just about have been be worth it…..well nearly….

  4. Josh you misused that stat. It was his first year at Benfica he 'underperformed', he scored 14 total goals, 6 in the League to the next year 34 goals, 26 in the league. He will take a year to feel comfortable and settle down, next year everyone will zip their mouths aye 😁
