Y'all she pay $1850. That's really not that much.
The most absurd thing is not the price but the fact that three girls have to share one bathroom…
It’s a love space, ya the rents insane but that’s any big city world wide
Every video of you with rent home,I see only bean flowers , can I know why ? Thanks @elena
Why do people continue to live in that city. Everyone hates each other, or rude, it’s smells, the politicians don’t care about the communities and the cost of living is horrible. I really don’t understand.
lmao yo this is not worth 5k
She is simple 😂🤣😩
She is so hot, she can live anywhere for free if she wants.
a lot of young girls move to NYC , no idea why.. I lived there, it stinks , both literally and figuratively.
This is literally legalized robbery
Looks really cramped for 5k/month
I love how people will all a tiny table and two chairs in a corner a ‘breakfast nook’.
All native born nyers know this is expensive, but as someone who works in a place where all my coworkers are not from ny, they all actually choose to live in these neighborhood locations when I recommend them something else for half the price, I’m not sure why for example bedstuy or Astoria and obviously Manhattan.
Smh
I am sure living in New York City is convenient, but the landlords are ripping their tenants off with those insane rent prices.
This apartment looks dated and used definitely not work it cringe
Looking at all these drones mindlessly wearing masks outside just reinforces how glad I am I left that dystopia.
You are not twenty three, more like thirty years old.
I love this girl but I will never understand New York .. the city is very overrated
This is an obscene amount to pay for an apartment per month. As long as people support this criminalization of the rental system it will continue.
Talking about daylight robbery lmfaooo🤦🏿♂️, 1850$ ?! And you live with roommates ? Delusional
This video has reminded me that I am poor and single, thank you ☺️
Why is her artwork on the walls blurred?
I thank god for my mother everyday left me a home in Cali i only Pat 1,200 in property taxes
Being born in California, most people I know have a monthly income of $1000-5000 dollars…
This is how you know someone loves the city. They pay thousands for a crappy apartment.
bruh 15k here is considered a down payment. 5k a month is ridiculous
I want her rings lol
So happy I left NYC & moved to my dream place ( Hawai’i ) I am a Native New Yorker. I’m not a fan, y’all stay safe though . 5K???!! And you’re paying 1.8k for a ROOM?? OMG .
Me, 5 minutes away from the beach and my rent is affordable. Wow!

You should be living in a penthouse for 5k a month, this is not even close
An apartment as an investment?
My mortgage is $4085 per month. However, I live in an 8000 sq ft home with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This is why I don’t live in NY.
waste of money.
