This is my favourite time of year, when everything is green and invigorated. This video is in 2 parts as it was too long. Be sure to watch the second part with the recipes in.

It is always nice to watch your videos. This one was no exception. I love watching the pigs, the piglets your dogs, listening to the birds, everything is wonderful but the cherry on top of the cake was Tandy looking very attentively at the piglets at the end of the video.
Impagável! (I had to say it in Portuguese. Literally it means something one cannot pay. The English word priceless is a good translation for this).

Looks like a potato plant Cindy…
Enjoyed your new videos, I’m sure your farm family is happy to have you home. Glad you got your Amazon gifts. Loved your Halloween video with Louise it was hilarious!! You are living the dream and I am so impressed with your positive attitude and determination to push through. Never give up never surrender!
Videos make things look odd sometimes. For instance the cheese on toast didn't look burnt at all! So I wonder if there is really a tree in front of the solar panels the way it seems at 30:17 ?
Did you compost any potato peel cindy? 🙂
I always have to chuckle at some of the negative comments you receive attempting to squash your dream… they do find the time to watch and comment!
The birds in the oven are sparrows, the dead one was male.
cardboard could be mulch for the fruit tree too!

I can't get enough of watching the pigs 👍
It's very enjoyable tagging along on your walks around your land, especially after the rains.
What do you think of inviting friends who need firewood to collect some from the piles of logs that Luke, Steve, Martin, et al, left for you ~ to help you with the tidying the downed pines and eucalyptus? Like maybe you'd exchange a quantity of firewood for an equal quantity brought down and added to your store? 😃
Oo 🍄🍄 ask Nick if those round white ones are puff ball mushrooms! Didn't cook some last mushroom season 😋?
No, you perfectly recognized the beauty of Bela Pedra when you first saw the land & cottage and decided to buy it. That its terrain is so diverse and can grow trees, produce, then has mini groves of resources is amongst its granite outcrops and boulders is very special. It's not too big nor entirely unmanageable… it's just right for you and what you want to do. The farm is very pretty, refreshed from rains and tidied of doggie-strewn garbage.
I don't think your features of the kune kunes is excessive. Your commentary of their actions and thoughts are very cute. It's particularly pleasing to see the babies and also the adults peacefully grazing the green of the land. Growing surprise melons in their vacant pens is genius! 😄
Do pigs eat the weed cuttings that have been strimmed fron the fields?
I loved your pep talk about not letting anyone steal our hopes and dreams. Quincidently, at my PTSD meeting last night (I led the group) I spoke about the same topic…and about establishing boundaries so we can protect ourselves from others who wish to do harm. I love your walks around the farm. Thank you so much for taking us with you! I love your pig farm and could watch your piggies all day long…a pig video is NEVER too long. Thank you Cindy!
Cindy it is sad that people critize you about what and how you are doing things when you say time and again that you are happy and love where you are and how far you have come in so short a time…..love pictures of your grandson….praying for continued success and happiness…
Love your 💕farmland , talk about the good life, everything is flourishing and the animals are so very happy 🤗and doing well.
Common sense, knock those worms off cabbage plants, into a container and dispose of them! Otherwise, goodbye cabbage!
Cindy, your olive trees will probably produce well
next season due to all that rain you had lately!😊
😚
I used my plant recognition app on the screen and it says its potatoes 🙂
love the walkabout Cindy. very relaxing.. I think you might be able to round up a crew to come eat some sausage and pancakes then pick s couple of bucket of acorns for you.! and maybe some to round up the cardboard box material, which may not work for your compost due to toxic ink print on the box. that might need some research.. The overgrown garden looks great to me. I do lot of dehydrating and dry all of the greens I can get my hands on for winter nourishment,
Thanks Cindy for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love you, nice that you are back again.
Hei Cindy!Min 4:55 is a potato plant and 5:36 the same 🙂
Rub a leaf between your fingers….helps to figure out they are.
I'm so glad you're getting lots of rain finally, and that the pigs and garden look so good! I love your positive attitude, don't let anyone get you down. You've made so much progress during a crazy and stressful 2 years. I'm sure you're looking into it, so I am sending positive energy that you can find lucrative work closer to home that will bring you further success, both financially and to the farm. Hang in there Cindy!
Your piglets are so cute. You could never show them too much. Watching them brightens my mornings. I just loved the last episode when Coco puff brought her babies down to the house to check on you when you were away.
Thank you for sharing your farm with us. You can certainly tell that you love being there, and you love your animals, even Oreo.😂
Thanks!
Thank you for the farm tour! Everything is so green! You must have been full of joy when you returned from your trip❤
Hi, The rain greens up the grass so well. You have some good potato plants in your raised bed. I would pick off the caterpillars, only to save your other crops. Use some planks or plastic bags to block the window issue until you can get it filled with bottles. Stay safe, thanks for sharing.
The cheesy toast still looked good. I hope it wasn't too burnt. Planting trees are great I hope they all make it. I bet all the animals are happy you are home. Work work work. Have fun sweetheart
🌟👏👍🍀💐
Hi Cindy, I,m guessing the plants in your bed that you couldn't recognise might be potatoes??! Best regards from Spain and wishing you all the Best xxx
Seriously cannot wait to get back to my land I’ve missed Portugal so much 😢 I shall have to pop over and say hi again xx
Your farm looks beautiful. And I enjoy seeing your pigs (especially the babies) & your dogs. Looking forward to Part 2!
Good morning Cindy, I look forward to watching both your videos of the week. I am surprised you do not have more subscribers. They don’t know what they are missing.
Your inverter is telling you you need more power in your batteries. Ideally you should not run your batteries lower than 12.00 volts, your batteries will not last long if they are below run less than 50%. We are 100% solar. If it gets overcast and we want to conserve power we switch the fridge freezer and our separate freezer off overnight, there’s no change in the morning, just switch them back on. Do that with anything you can. Another problem why your inverter is beeping could be the size of the wire from the inverter to the batteries, it could be too small.
I get lovely caterpillar free brassicas by using white cloth over them so that the white butterflies can’t get to them to lay their eggs. You can get the cloth on line or we bought ours from Bigmat, not sure if you have one your way.
Hope this helps Cindy, u can spray soapy water on ur veg it will kill any bugs, caterpillars etc without harming ur Veg x
Cindy your farm is breathtaking right now. The pigs are so curious. Hope you are well and thriving.❤
Your farm land is beautiful, diverse in its landscape I love the huge boulders, the hilly parts and your lower land.
I'd be disappointed if I didn't see the pigs and dogs. 💚
George Kune will not miss out on any action!🐷🐽
He’d be darned if something happens and he’s not there, specially food!
Those wet boxes are perfect as mulch around the small fruit trees that need mulching. Easy to mould around the tree trunk when wet
Glad all is well with you!
Hi Cindy to get the labels off the bottles you should soak the bottles in warm water and detergent and the get some steelo pads and the labels should come off easily they do for me .🇦🇺🙋♀️
I think it’s potatoes 💚
Welcome back. Things are looking good for sure. Worms ate all my broccoli too. I was told to put a mixture of dish soap and water on the greens. Next time maybe. See you in part 2. 🐷🐖
