Nice quiet house, someone spent a bucket load on it didn't they. The lawn must drink a lot, I'd be inclined to use some of the area it covers for growing veg & some suitable shrubs for cover from the sun rather than waste valuable water on grass.
From the drone footage you can see what a mix there is in the village of old & new, it's doing a Phoenix slowly but surely with newer homes replacing older as they fall into disrepair.
It's an interesting place, lots you could do with it, thanks for showing us around.

Awesome house loved the spiral staircase. A lot of possibilities to make lower area into more living area. Not much land but the area seemed quiet. Will make someone a nice home.
